Kevin and Karina traveled from Hong Kong to visit Austria, including Hallstatt, a true gem of the Alps in Upper Austria. They arrived by train from Salzburg, eager to see Austria’s most famous lake and have their pre-wedding photos taken amidst the stunning alpine landscape. Hallstätter See is surrounded by towering Alps and charming, small villages, with Hallstatt being the most renowned among them. This picturesque region, part of the Salzkammergut UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a popular destination for international travelers.
We divided our Hallstatt pre-wedding photo shoot into two sessions: in the first, Karina wore a white wedding dress, and in the second, a stunning red gown. We began our photography session in the streets of Hallstatt under the bright midday sun, but soon after, clouds rolled in, offering us some much-needed shade. The charming town provided the perfect backdrop, and we were fortunate not to encounter too many pedestrians. Once we finished the shoot in Hallstatt, Karina and Kevin changed outfits for the second part. Please see part two for our sunset photo shoot in Bad Ischl.
